Oops - I didn't realise that.
The short version is a woman fell into the rapids ride and Alton's customer service was, to say the least, lacking.

And what I dont get is what customer service has to do with this issue? So she fell into the rapids ride. Did they save her from drowning? DId she die? Tell us more. I guess I just dont understand.
