I wonder what effect has Pittsburgh hosting the MLB all star game done to Kennywood's attendance this week and last?

Probably absolutely nothing at all. I'm likely the only person that would have gone to Pittsburgh for the game and then thought of Kennywood afterwards.

They mentioned Kennywood in the official all-star brochures and on the web site as something else to do while you're in town.
There were also signs up at the entrance of the park that had the Pirates' All-Star Logo that said something along the lines of "Pepsi welcomes All-Star Baseball Fans" or something like that.
It'd be pretty hard to judge how many people came because of that, though...

It was pretty busy the night of the game, I stopped in for a couple rides and dinner and the lines were fairly long, not over crowded though.
