All commercial lots sold for development of Wild West World

Developer Thomas Etheredge has sold all 15 of the commercial lots at his western theme park, Wild West World. Wichita developers George Laham and Doug Malone partnered to buy one lot. And two groups of doctors and developers bought a total of 11 lots. Park construction begins this summer.

You'd think they would try to keep surrounding real estate values low so they don't have to bulldoze the park for condos in a couple of years.
