AIR is without Flat spin or corkscrew!!

In the perposed design of AIR there was an outside flat spin, but if you check out the pic on www.sw5live.com . Instead of the flat spin there is an inline twist similar to a zero-g. I guess maybe B&M figuared there would be too many G's pulled on the outside flat spin.

Hmmmm... Looks like more of a half corkscrew, half zero-g roll kind of inversion. To find this picture, scroll down to the link that says "more october" then scroll down to the bottom of that page.

Keep in mind that it was a MODEL.  Models aren't exactly accurate.  Take a look at the model they had for Goliath or Titan...it had a few similarities but overall, it looks completly different.

Think about this too.  Vertical loops, corkscrews, and inline twists are all really the same element.  They are just stretched out to a certain extent.

Oh well, I guess it was a little too hard to believe, but looking at it closely, Its starts to act like a corkscrew and then goes into a Half Inline, I am sure it will still be awesome though.

How many inversions does Air have.

I think AIR has 1 true inversion...that would be the in-line twist.  If you want to get into Vekoma Flying terms (they say there are 8...bull) then AIR would have 2 or 3.

There's an inline twist and its built. I was at Towers Sat for fireworks ( excellent as usual), and its in!!And its really flat to, theres a pic on John Wardleys website.Getting excited!!

What are talike about? AIR has a half Camelback Zero-G roll to flip the trains over, and there is a Flat Spin later on in the ride.
