I rode Air opening day, and on Thurs this week. The bar doesn't 'lift' you into prone position, it pushes down. There is an axle which when these pistons push the bar down, it has a see-saw effect, lifting the riders into place. The problem with Air now is it can't 'get it up'...so to speak! Every train on Thurs took at least 2 attempts to get into prone position, and most 3 or even more. Thus resluting in a painfully long Q, but lots of rider participation as the riders, and Qers cheer when prone is accomplished... I slated Air for being slow last week, its getting that bit faster now, and I have to say the front seat makes all the difference!
