Advice on King's Dominion for this Fri.

I am going to PKD Friday the 13th (che che che ha ha ha), and I was wonderng if I could get some advice. It's with a church group so unfortunetly we won't get there til 12 but after thats I'm free. I definetly wanna hit Hypersonic and Volcano, Dropzone and FOF. I have never been and could use some tips. Also, how dependable are the rides there. Thanks a lot.

Probably the four longest lines in that park are for those rides. I'd say either go to Hypersonic and work your way to Volcano, or vice versa.

WillH i will be there this friday as well, definitely hit Hypersonic first as it tends to break down later in the day.....weekdays including friday are generally very dead, XLC is about the only thing that has downtime on a regular basis. Hope u enjoy the park, it'll be my fifth time this season already going.

Last year, I went on a monday, and the only rides down were-

Hypersonic XLC, they were modifying the trains and all, but it opened up 3 days later...(darn them!)

Scrambler, this was because they were taking it down to move it so they could put DZ there....

Diamond Falls, which they removed this year.

Avalanche went down for a few min., but the park was running very efficiently and the rides were popping people out. The longest line was for Volcano at about 40 min, and FoF was 20. All others were virtual walk-ons, unless you wanted very front, or very back, and still not a long wait for those:).
