What are the crowds like?
which rides to definetly hit?
which aren't so good?
and what are the prices like, clean, dirty, and just over all how is it?
Crowds weren't as bad there as in Orlando when I went. No lines over 30 minutes in late August.
Definately ride Montu, Kumba, and Gwazi. Scorpion is pretty good for a small steel coaster. Python isn't much but doesn't have a line. Other than the coasters, the rides they had when I was there weren't much. However, the new safari ride sounds like it could be terrific.
The park was clean, but not as slick as the Orlando parks. The food was typical amusement park food. This was a disappointment since Busch Gardens Williamsburg has some the best food that I've ever had at a park.
You should be able to do everything, no problem. Whenever I've gone the lines have been minimal, and you can relax and look around / enjoy yourself rather than rushing from one coaster to another. Just have fun!

you might want to get there right when the park opens, becouse they do have limited hours that the park is open.it will take you a while to do everything.when i went we were there from the time the park opend, till the time the park closed, and still dident get to do everything we wanted to do.
I wouldn't worry too much about being able to hit all the coasters in one day. The only issue at BGT is how much time do you want to spend at the animal attractions. My recommendation is to hit Gwazi after the park opens since BGT's operating procedures create long waits (the only 45 minute wait I experienced last month). (But if Rhino Rally is open, you may want to do that ride first.) Kumba and Montu are must ride coasters but time should be made for Python and Scorpion.
Be sure to hit the water rides. Beware of
Ack(i)bar(fed) Tours -the most nauseating simulator ride I've been on. if over 21 be sure to hit the hospitality house. You should still have plenty of time to leisurely see the animal exhibits. If you can shell out the extra 20$, I recommend signing up for the serengetti safari where you get up close and feed the animals on the serengetti plain.
Prices are typical for a theme park (but the beer prices are great!). Then again I come from the land of the 10$ movie ticket so I'm used to getting ripped off. Overall BGT is a fine park. It may not have the best coasters or the best zoo but it ranks well above average in both categories.

While we are on the topic of bgt anyone know what time the shuttle from that goes from sea world to busch leave tampa?
You say the coasters are not that brilliant at BGT, let me remind you that if it was not for Kumba, B&M would not be who thet are now. Kumba established B&M as the world class coaster designers pushing technology and g's to the limit. And monty just highlighted that point but in the inverted style. I would say these are two of the best B&M's around. Oh and by the way B&M only allow purchases of coasters in three's, so expect another B&M in the not so distant future at BGT

I really doubt that is true.

Wow.
It is true that B&M like to make deals of 10 years with three coasters,Alton towers even stopped them from building a similar rides in Europe for 4 years ,both on nemisis and oblivion It very clever really as B&M get what they want, that is to make loads of coasters and stop others i.e arrow, morgan etc from building in these parks and the parks get the best package of coasters around at discount prices because they by in three's. Normal business sense to me
I also doubt that it is true... While I do believe that they can make deals for 3 coasters over a period of time, I really don't think that they require that. That would mean that EVERY park with a B&M is set to get 2 more. I dont think so.
What ride should I go on first at BGT? What is the best day to go-A Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday? When does Rhino Rally open? Thanks!

BGT's Coasters are top notch. Anyone who says they aren't that good or just average must have been living under a rock too long. Their coasters have been ranked among the best more times than I can count. The park overall is a terrific place to visit with a little something for everyone. The rides are great and the animals are great too. And Rhino Rally looks to make this already great park even better. And I'm sure another coaster will be arriving in the near future.
