Adventure Park USA to build Waterpark with Season Pass sales

I found out about this while at an Off-Season event at Kings Dominion last week. I forget how much they are trying to raise. But, if they don't raise the money needed, you will be able to get a full refund on the Season Pass(es) that you have already bought. They are even offering a 7 year pass which is able to be sold or transfered.
