Adjusting your track record....UGH!

After a discussion with Tony "Schnaaps" Milano about relocated coasters I realized I had both SFMM's Sarajevo Bobsleds and SFOT's La Vibora listed when in fact they are the same coaster, just relocated. Because I don't recount relocated coasters and because I rode both of them before hitting #200 I find that , having adjusted my count by 1, I come up with the following results:

#200 was Flying Unicorn but is now Kraken. #300 was Batman Dark Knight but is now the Keansburg's Wildcat. Not that any of that really matters.

But that got me thinking...what adjustments have you found you've had to make and how did it affect your listings?

Mooshy you have way too much time to on hands buddy, ;-)

I don't really remember of any adjustments I have had to make so far. There are a few that I added after realizing (and with help from my parents/photographic evidence) that I HAD been on as a kid. I count mine from birth. ;-)

<--------who is patiently waiting for Storm Runner to be added to Hershey so I can proudly add it. ;-)

All I know os Thunderhead was # 220 and Storm Runner was #221 for me.

Queeny you won't be dissapointed with Storm Runner! It rocks!

^ I'm still waiting to add Dragster! to my count.

I had to add some coasters that I haven't ridden in parks I haven't been to! :)

For example, I have the "Nightmare" coaster at Great Escape listed in my track record though I've never been to Great Escape. Whoever figures out why will get a cookie ;)

Edit: I suppose that this thread is non-specific to the Cbuzz track records....which is what I was talking about.

As for my "official" Microsoft Word list, I've actually added a few more coasters than I've taken off. Sometimes after a year or two I'll say "Wait, didn't that park have a boomerang? I forgot to add that" Being a true credit whore, I'm always happy to add another number. Heck I stole a little 2 year old Japanese kid so I could ride "Thomas the Tank Engine"....how's THAT for credit whoring :) *** Edited 5/22/2004 3:12:46 PM UTC by Peabody***

Real Cbuzz quote of the day - "The classes i take in collage are so mor adcanced then u could imagen. Dont talk about my emglihs" - Adamforce
My high school band trip in 2002 was to Toronto and we went to Canada's Wonderland -- where the seven other people I was riding with watched in horror and laughter as I borrowed a four-year-old (with his mother's permission of course!) and got my credit on Taxi Jam...and we have the pictures to prove it! :)

--Dave (have small child, will credit-whore unashamedly)

EDIT: Added the word "credit" because I realized after hitting "submit" just how horrible it sounded... *** Edited 5/22/2004 3:17:46 PM UTC by Nitro Dave***

I already rode Storm Runner, but it hasn't been added to the Hersheypark list of coasters here, although I submitted it. :-)

Yes, it does rock!

Thunderhead, by the way, was my 200th. :-D

It's gonna take some frenaegeling for Thunderhead to be my 200th. I'm on 184 as we speak, and I'm going to Dollyhood on Wednesday! :O
Peabody,

I wonder, is a Phantom Cave nightmare really so different from a Crack Axle Canyon nightmare? Which brings up another interesting topic - some of the coasters I've been on are more well-traveled than I am! Example: SFNE's Flashback.

Brian needs to hurry up and DL some ride footage...:)

I love you guys!

Thus far, there is only ONE coaster I've ridden at two locations....and with what BGT has done with the (formerly not so much) Wilde Maus in terms of *untaming*, it really is ALMOST an entirely new ride....not that I'll count it again, even though it DOES have a different name...;)

My most recent *adjustment* was in re-considering the whole forwards/backwards thing...I think I decided to *include* them as two rides just to give parks incentive to "turn the seat around"....then AGAIN, I'm not counting ThuNderaTion as two even though I've ridden THAT one both ways....consistency isn't my strong suit I guess, LOL...

Thunderhead 200 times! I don't know of anoyone who rode it that many time already! ;)
