Has anyone taken this tour? I plan to go in the next couple weeks and I was wondering if someone could provide some information. I know how to be included in it and where to meet and all, but I am curious about the tour itself. How long is it, what do you get to see, etc. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
The Beast walk-back really means that you get to be the first in line to ride The Beast for the 2000 season. I was told by my ACE rep. Sean Flaharty. I asked him that same question. This will be my first time doing it to. That event name is pretty confusing. I was hoping to get some good photos of The Beast, but I don't think that's going to happen. I hope that answered your question.

That's it?? What a disappointment. Yes, that did answer my question. Thanks a bunch for the info.
Don't worry I was disappointed too when I was told that. I'm still going to do it. I want to meet some of you and other ACERS there too.

The Beast Family Walkback (now including the option of going to SoB instead) is the only perk like this that a major park offers ACE members. Basically it's the chance to get around the ropes isolating the GP from the rest of the park. PKI has been doing this for the club for over twenty years now. To show that they want to continue this tradition for a long time to come, PKI has recently purchased a 2' square paving stone etched with the words and logos "PKI salutes ACE". It will be placed just inside the front gate near the corner shop where we always meet for the walkbacks. The Walkback is the cornerstone of a good relationship between the club and the park.

Certainly it is an excellent gesture by the park. No doubt about that. I didn't mean to sound so spoiled. I am definitely looking forward to this perk, even though I was hoping for something more.
