Yeah, it's been pretty rough around here.
Demon had the 3-hour inverted stoppage in 1998, and also had an accident in 1990 in which the second train failed to stop fully in the pre-station brakes and bumped into the train in the station. Very low speed, no major injuries.
The Edge, of course, had been plagued with safety issues before it was packed up and shipped to Geauga Lake.
American Eagle has had issues with cars coming disconnected. It's happened a few times in the past, and I believe most recently in 1996.
On Viper, a kid stuck his hand out and it did get severed off, but that's not the ride's fault in any way.
As of recently, the Cajun Cliffhanger has been the only ride shut down due to an accident, and they're starting to shape up. Most of the accidents mentioned deal with aging equipment. They have since fixed all of the problems.
