Accidents & Injuries on rides

I just want to say that I think major accidents and injuries should have to be reported... but on the other hand, I really get annoyed when people get a little bruise or something, and they're ready to sue the park. I think that people should realize that their is an inherent risk involved with riding coasters and other rides. I don't mean the train crashing or being flung from a ride or something horrible like that, but lesser injuries such as scrapes, bumps, bruises, etc.
I've gotten hurt on rides like that, this summer I cracked my jaw very hard on the OTSR on on Arrow looper, but I just figured, hey it's an arrow, what'd you want? :)
Also, a few years ago, I hurt my knee pretty bad on SFDL's log flume. On the 2nd drop, I slid forward and hit my knee. I hurt like hell, but I know it's the nature of those rides.

Just my 2cents.

That's actually a 200% increase, not 300. Sorry, one of my pet peeves.

Age and treachery will always overcome youth and skill.
I have a small 'permanent' bruise on my thigh from 80 Villain (SFO) rides. I get it on the non-banked turn up to the lift.

I have gotten stung by a bee on the way up the Corkscrew (CP) lift hill.

My friends mom chipped a tooth on Mind Eraser (SFO) when you jerk a bit before hitting the second lift.

Lots of people (me too) bang their knees up bad getting in and out of Big Dipper's (SFO) trains, in which you have I believe an inch to get it!
50 coasters have I ridden.

0 injuries have I sustained.

Maybe I'm just built alot tougher than most.

The Beast popped a joint in my upper back. I had my arms raised during the snap roll when entering the helix. I guess the train moved my lower body faster than my upper could react. After several years, it still hurts now and again.

Generally, I can't stand coasters that box my ears. Outer LIMits and Mind Eraser (SFEG).
I havnt gotten *injured* on a coaster, but I have felt alot of pain on some.

Millennium Force never cleared the third hill that day.
It rolled backwards all the way back down, through the tunnel, and then partway up the 1st overbanked turn, and then kept rolling back and forth until it stopped. What was sort of ironic is that it did this on Physics Day, when bunches of high school physics classes could be on hand to watch.
Apart from the occasional headache brought on from an OTSR, I have never had a coaster injury.

But if I had injuries like repeated bruises, fractured ribs and broken bones, I might re-think my hobby!

Ouch!
