I know there has been plenty of anti-love for accesso ticket buying online (Cedar Fair and Six Flags, among others, use them), but they have a job posting that suggests they want to be better:

They finally did ditch Flash, so I guess that is a start. But the UI isn't the real problem with Accesso.
When YouTube doesn't use Flash anymore, that's a good sign it's on the way out. HTML 5 is where it's at now.
