Accesso buys TE2 to expand theme park software footprint

The Experience Engine (TE2), a San Diego marketing software firm for theme parks and cruise lines, has agreed to be acquired by London-based Accesso Technology Group for $80 million. The deal boosts Accesso’s portfolio of technology products targeting the leisure industry.

I was part of that first customer for them at SeaWorld. Smart guys. I know they added Merlin and Cedar Fair as customers after us. I hope they get a nice pay-out.
