I was really impressed with the FAQ. I was surprised too, because I have disagreed strongly on some of the moderation (please don't take that as anything but my opinion). If the members and moderators alike swear by that FAQ list in using the forums, we shouldn't have problems.

It does tend to help when you have written policy to refer to. People don't get so pissed off when they see you aren't picking on them specifically, it's just the way things are.
