As opposed to TTD? 10 second catnap?
Just teasing -- and kudos to CP for working through the day to get the ride back in order.

Intamin hasnt "gotten it right" in 5 years... at least not in the U.S.
Well that goes without saying, yet not a single other company is doing what Intamin is doing yet, so I'd say they have their own yard stick to work with. Until some other company builds a TTD type ride, there is no room to talk IMO. And then there's Storm Runner, which *has* gotten it right. Add in the all the problems that Intamin has had with they're US rides, and there lies my point. Think Intamin may have a few things riding on the success of the SFGadv ride? I'd venture to say a big, fat YES. ;)
As for Six Flags, I'm sure they're watching TTD quite closely, and already have asked Intamin the questions that need to be asked. SF bashing aside, they've been dealing with high tech hardware long before CF *** Edited 8/16/2004 8:34:08 PM UTC by DWeaver*** *** Edited 8/16/2004 8:37:03 PM UTC by DWeaver***
Checking the cable twice a day hasnt kept it from breaking while riders are on it. Next solution...
Ow, that hurt. Ow, that hurt. Ow, that hurt. Yeah, we're experienced.
