"The 780-square-foot park will be placed in the center of downtown, requiring most of downtown to be bulldozed and relocated to the outskirts of the city."
Thats what made me laugh the most.
"Ok sure lets just move our entire town for this new amusment park"
Oh and how many "Thrill Seeking" Coasters can you buy for $30M.
Yah...

I never saw a coaster that was actually seeking thrills, usually they are giving them. ;)

780 square feet? How many thrills can you pack into an area the size of 4 parking spaces?

7 Chance toboggans stacked on top of each other ;)
You could buy about 6 Voyages with 30 mill. :) *** Edited 3/29/2006 9:59:11 PM UTC by Acoustic Viscosity***

But you'd have to leave 2 spaces for enthusiasts to park in. And the 3rd space is for the log ride and food stand.

Well, Top Thrill Dragster was $25,000,000 and all that thing does is launch and come back. :p. I'm just saying steel coasters are more.
