What do you mean what's taking so long? It takes time to announce something. PKI isn't just going to say, "We're installing a XXXXX, good bye." They will do it slowly and calmly. They will probably show a video of the ride(s) as well as other stuff.
I think the announcement will probably take a minimum of 30-45 minutes...*soothing voice*so remain calm and remember...time is our friend, time is on our side.

What PKI is probabily doing is sending out all the information after the announcement. That might be what they are doing
