Associated parks:
Canobie Lake Park, Salem, New Hampshire, USA
Hi everybody!
It's been a while, but I'm back in thr swing of things.
First of all, a DISCLAIMER:
I have a position working @ Canobie on the grounds crew, so I might be slightly biased about the park. ;)
On to the TR:
After finishing my shift at 11 AM, I grabbed a ticket and went into the park.
Everything was running EXCEPT for the Canobie Corkscrew ( a vintage Arrow looper).
My first official ride nof the seasons was on the classic Yankee Cannonball. I was told by one of the ride ops that she had just been greased the morning, and boy did she FLY!!! In my opinion, the C-Ball is a very underated coaster!
Next up, was my favorite coaster from last year, UNTAMED. This year, they added an on-ride photo and a single-rider line. I went for a few laps at this point, & snagged a few later on, bringing my total for this ride to 110 laps on it.
After wandering around, hitting a few of the flats, I decided to call it a day about 4:30.
Coaster Junkie from NH
I drive in & out of Boston, so I ride coasters to relax!
Welcome back.
You had to pay for a ticket or no?
You should change your sig..new season and all that :)
The amusement park rises bold and stark..kids are huddled on the beach in a mist
