2005 Park Trip Essentials

Important note here-- while applying the above two, or waiting for others in the party to do so, I always ALWAYS sure to check what section I'm parked in. The only thing geekier than wearing a fanny pack is walking around a parking lot keys in hand trying to "summon" your car. Of course, usually by the time I leave the park it's only me and a handful of other cars anyway, so I have no trouble seeing where mine is.

LMAO!! I can't even begin to remember how many people I see doing this...

I never wear 'new' shoes... made this mistake once.. won't even say how much I had to pay for shoes at the park because I could no longer walk in the ones I wore!

I also bring a bag with clothes to change (if waterpark) that we leave in a locker... at night time I'm usually glad to have something warm and not just a swimsuit/coverup thing.

Phones with walkie talkies.. I refuse to walk through a park (or anyplace) screaming my husbands name to find him

Cargo pants w/ wallet, cell phone, tylenol for the dreaded coaster headache...some quarters for a locker, ipod. I usually try to keep all of these in my pockets; I'm not a bit fan of toting around backpacks or fanny packs. I like to keep it all on me, and when i go on the watrer rides I just buy a locker and stick all the electronics and the wallet in there and pick em up after I'm done. If I'm gonna visit the waterpark obviously i bring a change of clothes out of my bathing suit.
