Well if its the picture by the ferris wheel and DT, then it is just some new pipes like Jeff said on another post. Since I can't see the pictures of that link I will take that it is the DT pic.

The ScreamScape links aren't working for me but the Experience The Point one is working for me and should be working for everyone else(it may be a little slow, a little while ago over 300 people were trying to view it at the same time).

The deal with the picture is... There is a big temp. wire fence from the Oceana gate across the walkway to the Parasail and Jet Ski place. There is three bulldozers on site(atleast there was when I took the picture... it is hard to see the some building are in the way). That picture was taken a few days ago... so I would guess that over the last few days more work was done. But I will keep everyone posted on what is going on...
