2002 Bell's Coaster?

I heard a lot about this late last year, but it has disappeared.

Supposedly, it is to be 72% indoors and made by CCI ( a Cheetah clone), opening this spring.

I have also heard some buzz that construction has begun. Can anyone confirm anything on this unique coaster?

Someone I know drove by the park a couple weeks ago and said they were clearing land, but that's all I know. To my knowledge it is not a Cheetah clone.

I *believe* part of the CCI concept is to design a coaster FOR the park, land, etc.  My impression is that the first C is for Custom, and I think they MEAN it.  Of course, having said that, Rampage is supposedly "based on" MegaFobia, so there you have it.  The "mostly enclosed" idea sounds cool, and it seems the out-n-back portion of the ride is the only place where its NOT enclosed...

I picked up somewhere that GhostRider and the Villian were almost clones of each other, not exact but close replicas of each other.

The only similarity between Villain and GR is the drop off the mid-course block - or where the block would be if Villain had one.  Otherwise they are NOTHING alike [With GR being the better coaster, IMHO].
According to the concept art, this coaster would be a *near* clone of Cheetah. By that, I mean that is will be a bit taller and have an extra hill or two. It will basically be the same.

If you take a look at Cheetah, it loosely resembles Timber Terror at Silverwood, which is an L-shaped out-and-back with a similar turnaround and a helix before the brakes (Cheetah ends with a figure-eight helix).  I don't think that there is TOO much you can do with a basic out-and-back coaster besides make it bigger than the average one (Shivering Timbers) or get creative with the turns.  I remember seeing a rendering of Bell's coaster... it was a little hard to see all the details because of the fact that much of the track is enclosed, but it was definitely not an exact clone of Cheetah.
The Bell's CCI coaster is tied up in planning & zoning limbo. Last I heard there is a hearing set for June to try and work things out with all the neighbors whom are against the park adding the coaster. The land the coaster is to built on is already cleared as it is part of the  parking lot and open field next to the Zingo.
