2001 MF question

Have they dropped the ticket to ride system for Millennium Force this year?
I really liked it, seeing as how I manipulated it to ride 3 times in an hour. Your thoughts?

No, they took it away.

If love is like a rollercoaster, doesn't that mean you should be happy ALL the time? ;)

Really? 'm suprised. I guess it must have caused to much confusion for some park guests.

They gave all the tickets away in 5 minutes. I think they dropped it because too many people got POd

Cedar Point had the most interesting comment about virtual queueing systems earlier this season. It was a comment from Janice Witherow in Amusement Business. She said (and I am paraphrasing here), that the Ticket To Ride system worked very well and was a big success last year, and they are not using it this year.

Interesting, don't you think? If it was such a success, you'd think they'd still be doing it...!

I think chopping down the rain forest to make paper for it was dumb, no to mention all the trash and junk

I think the ticket to ride system was an excellent idea, it kept the crowds down but I can see how it made some people angry, and with all the rain northern ohio has been getting lately the crowds are at a minimum anyways.
