An unnerving stillness in the woods of southern Indiana beckons for you on May 11th.....
Sweet, is anybody else going to be there May 5?

I'll be there May 5th... hope the rides are open....

Yeah, I think that at least one of them will be. I would like to see Deja Vu open, rather than Vertical Velocity. I would like it even more if both of the rides were open and ready for riders!

In comparason to the other two Deja Vu's opening, it seems as though SFoG is in the lead followed by SFGrAm and SFMM trailing far behind in Construction

"Autobots: Transform and roll out!"
So where exactly are they putting Vertical Velocity? I wonder when they'll get stated on it. Hope they have two teams to work on both coasters. If there's only one team, they have to get done with Deja Vu before they even start V2, and that could mean v2 won't be open for a while after opening. Hope it won't end up like that.
Well, I would imagine that the either the ques or the station will occupy the ground where Whirligig stood, and from what I have heard, most of the ride will be over the pond with the bridge on it.

I think that there will be two different crews because one is Vekoma and the other is Intamin
I think that the location of Vertical Velocity will make the ride more exciting. If you are in the front row as the train is in the middle of the second spike(the one without the twirl in it), then it will give you the feeling that you will go into the water. I didn't really know how to explain it, but I know what I'm talking about.

I get what you're saying, I'm sure that's how it will be set up....

Its going to be weird riding Yankee Clipper(when its operating) and Loggers Run and watch a coaster in action while getting wet. Pretty cool.

That will be pretty cool, I wonder if Logger's Run or Yankee Clipper will positioned next to one of V2's spikes? Then while your cruising around at the top of those rides, you could get a good look at the ride!

cant wait does anyone know if they poured footers for v2 yet because if they have i cant imagine it taking very long to put up
I heard they are going to rename Yankee Clipper to something like Ice Mountain Falls. But it sure will be cool to see the coaster blasting out over the pond a definite KODAK moment.

I also heard that. But I don't get why. It's in Yankee Harbor, why would they change the name, there isn't even a mountain, unless they build one which I find very hard to believe

"4 Seats are better than 2"
They said they ay change it cause Yankee Clipper is being sponsored by Ice Mountain brand water. So that is how that rumor started.

I wonder if Ice Mountain brand water knows that Yankee Clipper is always closed.
Good point Chitown, Yankee Clipper is NEVER open, but I personally like Logger's Run more. Yankee Clipper doesn't get you as wet, but I like Yankee Clipper's drop more then the double dip on Logger's Run.

The twisting spike will travel very close to IMS, as Blink stated.
