0 raters - CoasterBuzz

I've seen many people inculding me make nice RCT coasters/saved games and they get some good ratings. Then some guy rates it a 0 just for the hell of it and the rating goes to crap! Is there any way to stop these people or at least see what things they have made so u can 0 rate them also heheh

If it's totally ridiculous and you catch Jeff on a nice day, you can get some house cleaning done. I have more than my share of "spite zeroes". No biggie. Don't make rides for the ratings.

Something about having other anonymous people validate my video game playing skills just to get my name on an arbitrary list that seems almost...well...sad.

Make rides for the fun in exchanging ideas and creations with the other people on CB Games and screw the ratings.

I have no access to the ratings (probably a slight "conflict of interest") or I'd help you on that one.

Check out this one - 46 votes of "9" or "10", 2 votes of "8" and then a one and a zero. Gee the best part is that those low votes came from screennames that I've never seen vote for a single other ride on the site. Without those two votes that ride would be rated 9.54 - the third highest of ALL the files on CB games.

Don't sweat the morons. It's not worth it.

These people register new screen names to zero everyone. It's most likely the same A$$CLOWNS that were doing it before we could tell who was rating(sad they have nothing else to do).

The only good thing about it is that it's still one of the 10 votes you need to get into the top 10 and since serious people don't seem to vote anymore it's getting harder to get on that list. My latest park was downloaded 64 times before stalling out yet only got 5 votes and one of those were mine just to try to up the count.

Perhaps the ratings button should be connected to the comment button. In other words you have to comment to rate. So these A$$CLOWNS have to explain themselves

Since Jeff and Gonchar are keeping the zeroes to a minimum, I no longer have to rate my rides 10 to keep up the rating if some idiot rates it a zero! Woo hoo! :)

You have to find one of the person's uploads, then click on their name at the top of the ride/park description. Voila!

He probably doesn't unless you have sent him an email, he doesn't check every single upload.

That has been brought up before, but what is to stop a person from writing a useless comment such as, "!" and then rating a 0?
