Briar Crutchfield, a spokeswoman with Alberta Occupational Health and Safety says a 47-year-old worker was trying to remove a patron’s hat that was lodged in a track at the Galaxy Orbiter shortly after 12:20 p.m. That’s when the worker was stuck by a rollercoaster that was loaded with passengers as it was descending around a spiral.
