New Orleans wins restraining order against Six Flags

The city of New Orleans received a temporary restraining order against theme park operator Six Flags today, one day after a deadline set by the city for the company to resolve a dispute regarding its defunct amusement park expired. The company may not remove assets from the park, pending litigation.
