Lawyer says Pigeon Forge victim's restraint was not secured

A safety harness that was not secured properly caused a Nashville woman to fall to her death from an amusement park ride, the attorney for the woman's family claims. June Carol Alexander, 51, died Sunday afternoon after she fell about 60 feet from a ride known as "The Hawk" at Rockin Raceway. The ride was in motion when the safety strap somehow came undone, authorities said.
