When Hurricane Sandy decimated the Keansburg Amusement Park, owners Hank and William Gehlhaus quickly determined they wanted to have the park reopened by Easter – the traditional start of park’s season. But only a few weeks removed from Sandy, they had no clue what it would take to get there.
