Lotte World, Seoul's largest amusement park, is once again facing questions about the safety of its rides, after a 10-year-old boy was injured Tuesday when a ceiling tile fell on his head during a roller coaster ride. The amusement park in Chamsil, southern Seoul, came under heavy criticism over its safety standards in March, when a 28-year-old man was killed after falling off one of its roller coasters. Close circuit television (CCTV) images revealed park operators failed to check passengers' safety belts before the ride.
