The Walt Disney Co. is expected to submit plans to the Chinese government to build a theme park in Shanghai soon. Construction of the park is expected to boost infrastructure construction and tourism in the city and could benefit adjacent cities. It will cost 3.59 billion USD, opening in 2014.
