Court rules activist can protest at Six Flags Marine World

An animal rights activist plans to protest at Marine World's front gate Memorial Day weekend after a judge ruled the theme park's rules violated his constitutional rights. Alfredo Kuba, a member of the Silicon Valley branch of In Defense of Animals, filed suit in April 2005 after two confrontations with Six Flags Marine World security and Vallejo police. Kuba names park employees, police officers and the city of Vallejo as defendants, claiming in two 2004 incidents he was assaulted, battered, falsely arrested and imprisoned while on public property.
