I am betting 100 to 1 that it's going to be purchased on-line via credit card, right?

What if the download fails as you are downloading it? What if power gets cut off? How does it work?

Does anyone know (Ride_Op in particular) how large the final version (meg wise) will be and if there will be more pre-made coasters to ride (ie: the one on Nolimitscoaster.de which shows pictures of Mantis & PCW's Dragon Fyre)??

As of now there will not be a retail release, and as stated in the readme file, it will be shareware you can pay for by credit card. Now by shareware, I assume he means download it and pay for it if you use it, but knowing how cheap some bastards are I hope that's not the case.

If he does require you to buy then download, this is generally achieved by a password-protected download for a fixed period of time. So if your computer burps or farts, you restart and you'll still get the download.

Well, this game has been LOOONG in the making... so just for his sake, he shouldn't make it shareware unless it's a week or so trial period. From there, he can then lock it out until a confirmation number is given. And that is only given via after paying for it.

if you would read the readme file, he states that the final version will be available soon. Two weeks sounds soon enough to me. He also says that the game wil be payed for online, and then will be downloaded for a credit card fee of about 25 dollars. He says the file size will be about 8megs.
