what is gonna be the ride capacity for the ta2k's

it seemed to me like it wud be worst than those vekoma boomerangs because of the smaller trains. but then again theirs no lift hill.can anyone help me out on this one
Oh no, it'll probably be more than the Boomerangs cause it is a full circuit and there can be like 3 trains going around.

THe capacity should still be not too good though.

I don't think they'll need three trains. Maybe 1 or 2. From seeing videos of it, the trains are going to cover the circuit pretty quickly, making there really no point in a lot of trains.
Is the layout one big oval??? I just saw the part after the drop and launch, but didn't see the back. 2 trains will work fine.

ooohhh i didnt know they had more than one train. after seeing the test tracks on tv with one train, i figured they were gonna have only one. this makes me a little happier that pk is gettin one. i thought it'd be a bust.
i doubt that they will have more than two trains with such a short track.
Oh sorry to confuse you but I don't know if there is going to be 2 trains.

I'm just saying that would be logical and would get more people on.

I would think they would use 3 trains - 1 being unloaded, 1 being loaded, and one in 'launch'... On a ride with a trip time that low, seperate load and unload would definately be the way to go.

I thought the station was lined up with the launch track. Had a look at the plan, nup, & looks like it will allow a train to stack behind one that is loading/unloading. Or it will follow Dustin's plan in the post above. The third train would be running or on the brakes.

Notice the crash symbol/yin yang thingy indicating the ride's peak. Funnily enough, there is no number next to it, the outside numbers are marked '160ft.' I tried to read the height of the bunny hop. No luck, it looks about 20ft tall in the photos (Track to top height).

The offical Paramount site lists 8 people per ride cycle which is the same as the prototype. Assuming the ride-ops & the L/UL to be 100% efficient, i.e. if the ride time is really 17secs, a single cycle would be of the same length. This translates to 1694pph. However the cycle would more realistically be 30s = 960pph. 45s = 640, 60s = 480. Like someone said, this is the same problem the park had with Volcano!
