I thought the station was lined up with the launch track. Had a look at the plan, nup, & looks like it will allow a train to stack behind one that is loading/unloading. Or it will follow Dustin's plan in the post above. The third train would be running or on the brakes.

Funnily enough, there is no number next to it, the outside numbers are marked '160ft.' I tried to read the height of the bunny hop. No luck, it looks about 20ft tall in the photos (Track to top height).
The offical Paramount site lists 8 people per ride cycle which is the same as the prototype. Assuming the ride-ops & the L/UL to be 100% efficient, i.e. if the ride time is really 17secs, a single cycle would be of the same length. This translates to 1694pph. However the cycle would more realistically be 30s = 960pph. 45s = 640, 60s = 480. Like someone said, this is the same problem the park had with Volcano!
