What happened to the GL Corkscrew?

I remember as a kid riding the Geauga Lake Corkscrew. It got taken out for the 96' season. What happened to it? Storage? Scrap? Parts?

I think it is in the SF boneyard in Indiana.

According to the Six Flags Phone Operator, Corkscrew retired in Mexico with Carowinds Monorail.
