Twenty new photos of the Scandia Family Fun Center in Ontario, CA have been added to Twisted Rails. The majority of the photos focus on their giant Miler coaster, the Screamer. A POV video of the coaster can also be viewed.

For those who've been on this seemingly devilish coaster, what's your favorite part of the ride?
Well when you watch the video you can hear Karl and I enjoying the plentiful airtime availible in the front seat. There are lots of little hills that launch you up nicely. The final turn on the ride used to rival most Wild Mouse coasters in laterals, but the trim brake has taken some of the bite out. It's a fun coaster all around with seatbelts (that can be left loose) and one lap bar for the entire bench. The whole park is a lot of fun, and worth a visit if you come to Southern California. The wristbands include unlimited mini-golf and use of all of the rides, go karts, and bumper boats! Quite a deal!

The whole ride is a total blast, a laterals and ejector air dream machine! But I have to say the ejector air on the mid-course double drop, in the last car, gets me every time! And if I had my eyes closed, I'd swear I was riding a woodie, just has that out of control woodie feel to it. Until Ghostrider opened, this was hands down the best airtime machine on the West Coast!

Yes I will say that the Screamer is avery decieving coaster, you think oh this little carny coaster this is nothing like the big parks have..........OMG are you so wrong lol that monster will get have you literaly standing up with airtime with loose restraints and pin you to the sides with its out of control turns. I swear everytime I ride it, it's like oh shhhhhhht were flyin off the track lol not a ride for the faint of heart no sir lol.

X...I still can't believe it wasn't a dream

I wonder why clones of SS haven't been built? It looks like a peppy, cheap, ride.... and I've never heard anything negative about it....
