SFMM BIG TIME HELP!!!!!

I am going to SFMM and I don't get to go to parks that often esspecially this one. I have been once and enjoyed it but didn't do everything I wanted to do. So here are some questions:

I am going on April 16 [ day after easter] How crowd will it be?

What is the best food inside the park [ value, cost ect.]

Are there park maps? [ I didn't see any the first time I went.]

How long is too long of a wait for S:TE?

Does the Monorail work? Were will it take me?

Last time I went I did[ in order] Colosus, Batman, Riddler's Revenge, Goliath, Viper, Reveloution and Ninja. I was happy with my dad but did not get to ride S:TE or get any re rides. I here now you should go staright to the back of the park when it opens and hit RR and Batman which I will do. I am willing to run.

What is the fastest way to those rides[ RR, B:TR]?

This is mosty important: What order and what to ride during my day?

I will not ride Ninja this time and willing to sacrifice Colosus for other rides. I want to put in Flashback and of Couse S:TE what is the best time to ride?

Thanks ALOT for any help you can give!

Here is what I would do....

Crowds, always perpare for the worst, if it is not crowded, that is a bonus.

Personally, I think Mooseburger Lodge is the best food and value in the park. OUTSIDE the park, 3 miles South on the 5, is an In & Out Burger. You can leave the parking lot and come back the same day without paying again. Just keep your parking stub.

The maps stink, but thay are available.

Strategy: Since everyone floods Goliath's queue so quickly, and the fact that a 3 train operation is really fast on that sucker, wait till mid-day for it. When the park opens, take the "Orient Express" to the top of the hill and hit Superman first. Do that 2 or 3 times because NOBODY makes it up to the top of the hill for a while. Next, hit Ninja because it will also be a walk on (if open). Then down the hill the other way to Riddler and Batman. Both should be near walk ons. (Riddler for sure) The rest of the day, you are on your own.

The monorail is horrible. If it is open at all, it will most likely have only one train going, it does not take you very far, and is not worth waiting for, IMO.

Hope this helps, have fun!! I would meet up with you, but I have to work. :(

"X" marks the spot in 2001!
You should go to www.sfmmguide.com. They have a list of what rides you should go on and when to ride them.
Good Call Soggy. This strategy will be even better once Deja Vu is running as you'll be able to ride S:TE, Ninja, Deja Vu, RR and B:TR all before Lunchtime while everyone else is queueing at Goliath. Goliath will always get the biggest queue (until X of Course!)

My own personal preference is Goliath, B:TR, RR, Ninja, Viper, Revolution, Goliath, Colossus and then any repeat rides or others (Jetstream, Goldrusher, Psyclone if I feel a little sadistic) Im not a S:TE fan ... but if the line's short ... :)
