SFGAm coasters?

I'm just wondering what does everybody think of Deja Vu& Vertical Velocity? I know my friends are a little disappointed, because there both shuttle coasters. I really am looking forward to them. Does anybody else think that one of them should have been a full-circuit coaster? I personally don't care, but some people do.

I don't care if they aren't full circuted, I haven't been on a non-full circuit coaster! I'm really excited!

I'm very excited and happy with both. We could have gotten a floorless, yes, but you can't argue with two new coasters in one year. Both are very unique and unlike anything else the park has. I think they will be very popular unless the GP thinks they look too intense. And, in that case, more rides for me. :)

for clones deja vu and V2 look like a rush i cnat wait to ride it at SFMW u SFGA people are lucky to get that and deja vu :)

are you ready to go vertical?...V2 2001...
Yeah, I think that it is a pretty good deal to get 2 coasters in one year. I can't wait for these months to pass. Long live SFGAm!

Glitch01, haven't you been on a Standard Boomerang?? The're heaps of 'em around. These two easily compliment SFGAm's coaster arsenal. I wouldn't want either for my home park as it has a Boomerang & a medium-sized Woodie.

Just be grateful you got new coasters! :)

Anyone know how they're situating Deja Vu in it's spot? The ride looks much larger than the area I know it's going into. Will it jut out into the walk way near Demon?

There is more room in that area then you think, a lot more. Remember, Haybayler and Sky Whirl have been removed, which freed up a lot of space.
Where did Haybailer go? SKY WHIRL (RIP), is obviousley in the back... but what about Haybailer?
Haybailer, they just took it out. I think it was out the whole 2000 season. That is long gone. I wonder if there going to move it to some other Six Flags Park.

Hay Baler was there, it just wasn't operating. I believe that they will move it somewhere in the park, it didn't take up tat much room. But They will probably take it to a different park. :(

Don't count on either taking place.
Im happy to be getting two new coasters but wish they both had a greater ride capacity. I of course would perfer something new and unique but if that not the case i like coasters that have a good capacity, i would have liked a ride like Mr Freeze like in St Louis rather than a boomer-rang
how far away from Chicago is Gurnee? and when does the park open, cuz im visiting Chicago at the end of april
Gurnee is about an hour away with some traffic. But opening day is on May 5th, so your out of luck anyways. :(
