Photos of SFOGs Deja Vu

IMO, Vekoma went overboard with the supports. At least there is no chance of the ride falling apart. :) That is one twisty Cobra Roll!

Can someone please confirm if the ride will have 2 or 4 across cars?? Back-to-back seats??

Home Park - Wonderland Sydney, Australia, featuring;
1) The Demon - 1988 Vekoma Boomerang
2) The Bush Beast - 1985 KEC Woodie (Clone of PKD's Grizzly)
3) Beastie - 1985 KEC Junior Woodie
4) More steel coasters please!!! Preferably a B&M Masterpiece!
Definitely 2-across cars.
They said Deja Vu would have four across seating with a special V type seating style. Thats what I heard and I also saw it in Amusement Today. How many rows are there gonna be though?
I'm afraid your wrong there GandC. The ride will have 4 across seats just like Batman. 4 facing forwards and 4 facing backwards.

Josh TCF, I have heard that you are wrong about the back to back seating. I am pretty sure they will all face the same way.

If any rolling stock shows up at the various parks where these things are going, please snap a picture. I guess that will be "the final answer."

I think all those supports will give a good headchopper feeling.

2 for 1 in 2001:SFGAm all the way!!
2002:CPs year 2 rule!
Realistically, I don't think it would be four-across seating. Every one of the three parks (SFOG, SFMM, and SFGAm) lists on their web site capacities between 28-32. Therefore, if there were four seats back to back then the capacity would be roughly 54 peeps per cycle. So I think it's two across.
I heard that it was going to be face off cars. I dont no what to believe?
I believe that it is 8 rows of 4 across seats.

Get wrapped in the coils of Viper at SFGAm.
Four (4) Across.
Eight (8) rows.
All seats (32) facing the same direction.

For *all* Deja Vu coasters (3) opening this year.

Any more confusion? (0%)

:-)
But in the animation it seems to be back to back face/off seating!
I can't believe they are almost already done wiht this thing! I think I was expecting it to be too big. It is still just a boomerang. Looks wicked though! That cobra roll barely decends deeply like other ones do. Nice.

Coasters- a little slice of heaven
In the SFGA employee mailing I'm pretty sure it said Back to back type seating.

I'm going to SFoG on opening day (the 24th). I have asked people that work there and they said it will be complete, but in it's testing phase. I'm going to snap some pics of the ride, (hopefully the trains). I'll post them on the above mentioned link when I get back.

No, Soggy actually he is correct about the facing each other seating. That is totally true go to this website http://www.playride.com/tug2sfog/ or http://www.mind-bender.org/sfog/ ok. Actually tthese links don't say anything about it so disregard. I heard that it was going to be like that from the site earlier in the year. I don't know what happend after sixflags.com/georgia updated the site and video. Maybe they changed it. *** This post was edited by ScorcherCongo on 3/18/2001. ***
SFoG began construction about 1 1/2 - 2 months ago I think. Along with all the rainy weather we have had, I think it's going up really quick.

That cobra roll has almost no cradle at all. Kinda cool.
