Panel formed to jump-start Pavilion plan

Redevelopment of The Myrtle Beach Pavilion Amusement Park could restart with a larger focus area and more input from neighboring property owners. The city's Downtown Redevelopment Corp. tried to get the effort back on track Wednesday by forming a four-person committee to work with Burroughs & Chapin Co. Inc., the Pavilion's owner.

If I read it right, B & C aren't really interested in redevolpement plans that involves their property. Somebody in the government in Myrtle Beach must have a bug up their behind.
