Kings Island started a new tradition with the inaugural induction of the first class of Kings Island Walk of Fame members. The first three members included Carmen Electra, who began her acting career in the show "It's Magic!" in the early 1990s and went on to become a major television personality, Dennis Spiegel who served as assistant GM of Kings Island went on to become president of International Theme Park Services, and Janeen Coyle who began working as an actress on the train ride and went on to become a local radio personality.

Walk of Fame members were selected by Kings Island's newly-formed Walk of Fame committee. The Walk of Fame will be located in Tower Gardens (formerly the Paramount Story).

I thought that area looked rather bare and I am glad they are using it, because it is such a nice shady area.

The former Paramount Gardens will also receive life once again as a haunt for the upcoming Halloween Haunt season like it usually is. This whole labor day weekend was a weekend to celebrate former employees, as well as, celebs who had some connection to KI/Cincinnati. Some of the Brady kids were present at the park during the weekend, and today it was Joey Chestnutt, (Competitive eating champion...Nathan's hot dog champion), Pete Rose, George Foster, and many of the Crocs Volleyball tourney players were also there today to sign autographs.
