What type of drops do you prefer most on hypercoasters?
1) Dip, then drop. (Apollo's Chariot)
2) Drop. (Goliath)
3) Turn then drop. (Sob)

I like just a drop like Goliath.
Dip-drop drops like Raging Bull's are the best. I don't know why, but I like it better than Shockwave (I know, it's not a hypercoaster, but it's only 30 feet too short to be one, so it's close) and the way you drop and turn at the same time.

I like B&M's drops because they have the dip before, which makes the whole train fly down the drop. I don't like Magnum's drop, because the front car hangs over the drop forever. I do like MF's though, because the lift is so fast.

I like just straight drops if you are sitting in the back, because you actually go part of the way up the lift fast. I've never been on a B&M hyper yet(wait 'til this summer :)), but on Riddler's Revenge, it's cool to have the short dip, because the front isn't dragged down as far.
Plain drop like on S:ROS and Nitro, because in the backseat you get sucked over like your being pulled into a black hole.

I like the dip and then the drop or a dip and then a turn and then a drop. In otherwords, I like the dip the best. I find this gives the best airtime in the first drop.
I love the turn and drop. It builds the suspense even further.

i like raptors and traditional slow lift and straight drop
I like the standard drop. When you curve down, lower, lower, and lower. Like on MF, Goliath, and SROS

I like NITRO's drop best.
I like the Raging Bull drop, especially in the back row.. The first dip, then straight down.

I agree with Subbie18, the little dip then into the BIG drop. You get ejected out of your seat as you get hurled over the first drop. The Raging Bull is a good example of this.

Keep it simple. I like the good old lift into drop like on Magnum or Superman: Ride of Steel. You get a nice pop of air in the back seat on this type of drop.
