Horry County Council gave second approval Tuesday to rezoning land at Fantasy Harbour for the Hard Rock theme park. The council defered voting on a noise ordinance and a land swap deal that would earn the park more waterfront land.

"Councilman Harold Worley has said he thinks the county should make at least $500,000 from the swap."

"The county land is between $66,000 and $125,000 more valuable than Jackson's land, according to an appraisal done by Buddy Hucks of E.F. Hucks & Associates."

Does anyone else think Harold Worley *lives* at Fantasy Harbour? Question 2, does this have ANY connection to the "Hard Rock Cafe", or is the name simply a coincidence?

Yes, the company that licenses the Hard Rock brand is involved with the new park.

What time does the water show start?

This whole concept has my curiosity. Were actually holding off going to Myrtle Beach until this park becomes a reality. Because, for me, if there aren't any coasters around I become very bored, very quickly. So c'mon Hard Rock, give us something to dream about!
There are two really nice woodies but I do hope the new park has plans for an out and back airtime hyper like S:ROS@SFNE.
