Do you think SFMW will buy the fairgrounds in 2002
I think that SFMW will posses the fairgrounds and build a monorail pass over the highway and then build a B&M speen coaster. what do you think will happen?
I think the 'business wise' proper step is to lease the grounds, then rent to whoever has a fair or show there. I am not familiar with the logistics, but I guess they would want to share parking lots, then install trams, so that when the fair is in full swing, everyone makes full use of the facilities, like Kentucky Kingdom and the adjacent grounds there.
Yes, SFMW will buy the fairgrounds in 2002 and bring in new rides like more B&M's. Possibly some animal attractions will be moved there so that more rides can be built at the existing park.
sfmm should buy the fairgrounds and use it as parking lot, destroy some of the parking lot next to the park and use monerails to connect them together. This is logic, it gives sfmm parking lot and allows for them to expand with out forcing guests to use monerails to go from one section of the rides to the next just on parking when most people use trams anyways

I think they were talking about SF Marine World. BTW, how much room does the fairgrounds actually have?
