My wife and I had the chance to expierence something different here in the midwest: a day without any rain. So we made the journey to the point for the first time in over 6 years.
Gates opened for the day at about 9:30. Only rides that we noticed having any problems were the red train on Gemini (running only off and on throughout the day) and Iron Dragon (working on station brakes?) The Iron Dragon work was disappointing as this is my wife's favorite.
Longest wait all day was 40 minutes for raptor. The only other rides that had what I would consider a wait was mantis, power tower, and the force (which I waited around 30 minutes for.)
As usual, the ride ops were excellent. They all were busting thier butts even though the park was dead.
Only complaint was the food service workers having trouble getting anyone's orders correct.
Kind of erie being there and not having any crowd to fight. Makes me glad we went when we did. I can't imagine what it will be like if and when we get a string of good weather.
