Cedar Fair finalizes capital expenditures for 2002

Cedar Fair has announced nearly all of its capital expenditures for 2002. New coasters have been announced for Cedar Point and Knott's Berry Farm, several new rides and improvements for Michigan's Adventure, a Top Spin for Worlds of Fun and a "mid-sized thrill ride" at Dorney.

Even thought I don't agree, the inversions could perhaps be the overbanked turns.

Hmmm....I wouldn't think so, since MF's turns were so accurately called 'overbanked' as opposed to inversions.

Frankly, when I look at the concept art, I don't see one thing that looks like an inversion.  Yet, according to the press release, there's gotta be at least two or more.

I don't get it.  Maybe those turns are 160 degrees or better or there's a heartline spin in the mix.  If Intamin combines both of those elements with a Top Hat, I'm going to KBF if I have to crawl there!

Zamperla Hawk?  What is it?  Please.
Think "Arrow 360" at Kennywood, only with two different arms.

Hey Skittlebrau - I love your comment! Maybe Cedar Fair LP realizes that.
