Are the MF overbanked turns cutbacks?

I can't figure this out. I looked at some old Drachen Fire pics and the cutback looks a lot like the MF overbanks.
1 more thing- Why is DF painted light blue? Last time I checked, fire red and orange and stuff like that, not BLUE.
I'm not sure on this, but I don't think cutbacks and overbanked turns are the same. Cutbacks I am almost certain invert, while overbanked turns only are very overbanked (well, that I'm not sure of. Mabye they are underbanked :-P)
Oh, and red fire is there, and so is blue fire. Blue fire is hotter than red/orange fire. But the color I don't think relates to that. Oh well. Who cares?

For most of this stuff, it's mainly terminology. Look at the different names each company has for the element commonly known as a cobra roll. Vekoma calls it a boomerang, and Arrow calls it a batwing. I think that the 'cutback' on Drachen Fire and the 'overbanked turns' on Millennium Force are very similar elements, but the designers of the coasters just gave them different names.
I like to call MF's overbanks 'inclined cutbacks.' Similar to the inclined loop on Mantis. Of course, I almost consider those turns to be inversions.
