Are coasters your only internet obsession?

I spend alot of time here at Coasterbuzz and over at URC. Probably too much. I spend even more time, however, reading news reports from the major network sites, CNN, WLWT.com, and other places. I'm definitely a news junkie.

How about everyone else? Is this coaster obsession we share the only thing that uses your online time?

(Try not to go where some of you are already thinking about going with this topic.:))
First of all, most coaster enthusiasts east, sleep, and drink coasters. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. But my other internet obsession would probably be going on the MTV website to explore the FEAR show and where they are going next.
I have an extensive addiction to particular anime sites. I can say I have never read the news on my computer. If there is anything going on to effect me it is either happening in one of three places or not at all so I don't even look.......

Jacob, I've NEVER looked at one so I don't know what you're talking about (was that far enough away?):). *** This post was edited by p_c_r on 2/27/2001. ***
I also look at sport headline sites to see if my favorite team one.But I still look at coaster sites the most.

I also spend inordinate amounts of time at NYTimes.com, washingtonpost.com, and slate.com.

I go to Quake III Arena sites a lot - and I guess you could count actually PLAYING the game online as an Internet obsession...

Definitely a closet nerd....well maybe not as much in the closet now...
Wait, she's cute, rides coasters, *AND* plays Quake 3? Ok, if Natalie wasn't our poster girl before..... ;)

Coasters are by far my biggest internet obsession right now. The ONLY newsgroup in my newsrc is rec.roller-coaster nowadays. Some busy days the ONLY web "news" sites I hit are the coaster ones. Other obsessions include general tech sites, news sites, and gaming sites, usually in that order ;)

Guilty as charged!!! I do browse coaster pages a lot. Coasterbuzz, Danimation, URC. etc...But I like wrestling too so I sometime browse those pages too. I also like to check updates on my favorite band Van Halen to see what they're up to. I guess it depends on my mood that day as to what sites I'll browse.
I do chech primussucks.com alot, a little music now and then doesn't hurt. Although about URC, I tried it out a few times, this is the only coaster site I like the looks of including considering the content. URC sorta hurt my eyes and head a little, CB is much more friendly, if I remember right, and looks far far superior. Not that URC doesn't have anything to offer.
I browse Coasterbuzz at least once a day. Other than that I check out US Military web sites alot.

Coaster sites and sites on ceramic monkey collections are my favorites.
Well, I mostly browse coaster sites, but I also check out sites like Daily Radar and Dark Horizons daily. I love video games and movies as much as coasters so I love to check those sites out as often as I can. I also love anything Disney, so I frequent sites like Mouseplanet and Mouseinfo. Peace. :)

Everybody has a life beyond coasters...

Coasters & Amusement parks are just a little diversion to life.
Well, for some people it is their life (ie: working for a park or magazine specializing in those parks).

Personally, my internet obsessions include video & computer games. Seeking out great deals on cheap games, or non-stop downloading of MAME ROMS & milking out Napster for all the music I can get before they start charging us poor people! :)
Oh, and keeping up on the daily news & my fav sport teams are a good diversion as well...

If I had a faster connection than a modem at home, I'd be on ifilm.com checking out indie movies!!
Well, I wasn't into the whole coaster thing untill they took down SKY WHIRL, at SFGAm. After they took it down, all I did was go look at it in the back lot, and try to find info about it on line. While doing this, I have come across several interesting sites like this one, and now, I'm really into it.
If you want to know the truth, I look for coaster pics and videos online all the time. The closest catorgory is chatting on Yahoo!

There are non-coaster related websites?
Coaster sites are definitely my main focus on the internet at the moment. I'm also into IRC and communicating with friends, along with keeping my personal website updated. I'm also a big fan of music in general, so I occasionally check bands' sites, search for lyrics, etc. I check Excite usually at least once a day. It seems to have everything I need, from news headlines to sports scores to what's on TV.
