A question for someone whos been on XLC

If anyones been on Hypersonic XLC, here is a question for you.

Does the vertical hill produce airtime? Or do you slowly crest it. Also, does the bunny hill produce airtime?

and are the trains well equiped to allow airtime?
some minor airtime, and oh ya, some big airtime on that wee hill........

The trains are sorta equiped for airtime. There are no OSTR's, but the design is somewhat confining with three bars holding you down.

2001- the year of flight!
I had 3 rides. 2 in back, one in front. Great air in the front. The back gives the some of the most powerful air I've ever experienced out of 200+ coasters. I was blown away! The bunny hill gives great air too.

The trains don't allow you much room, and currently have VERY strict size limits (see my post "Hypersonic - Rollbacks, Jenny Craig, and Air" about that) But, I think the restraint system is constrictive for saftey reasons after experiencing the back seat!

The launch is pretty fun too. ;)

i havent ridden this thing yet but i would like to know if it feels safe. like, do ya think peeps can fly out if not properly seated or if they are giving themselves a little air time room with the restraints? its look pretty intense...
The airtime is some of the most intense airtime I've ever experienced. Back seat on Kennywood's Jackrabbit has nothing on the air Hypersonic produces (not that I consider Jackrabbit any less of a ride, of course ;) )

In spite of that, you're not going anywhere with those restraints, even of you leave yourself a little room...
