Richard Zimmerman stepping down
This might be one of those cases when moving him out, even before there is a newly appointed CEO, would actually ensure a smoother transition.
How is it that the Board of Directors didn't see what nearly every casual observer of these two chains saw?

This feels like one of those times where the next one up will have people wishing for Zimmerman back pretty quickly. Felipe Dutra is lurking around there somewhere. Selim is still around.
The trick was to surrender to the flow.
